This reunion presents a unique opportunity to rekindle connections with relatives, welcome new members into the family, and celebrate the rich traditions handed down through the generations. We eagerly anticipate your presence and look forward to creating memorable moments together!


Schedule for the day


10:00 am Pancakes and Sausages: Start the day with a delicious pancake/sausage breakfast, a perfect opportunity to fuel up for the exciting day ahead.

11:00 amTour the homestead. see some of the old structures that Thorsten and Anna built in the 1800’s. See the families 1870 Bible, Anna’s spinning wheel, and quilting frame that Thorsten and Anna brought in their covered wagon.

12:00 pm – Embark on a captivating journey to the historical sites of our ancestors and prepare to be awestruck as we delve into a state-of-the-art dairy operation.

Tour 1: Embark on a journey to Willow Creek Lutheran Church and discover the church that Anna and Thorsten were instrumental in founding. Wander through the family’s final resting grounds, take a moment to explore the Pioneer Cemetery, and visit the site of the Old Settler Picnic. Make a stop at West Nidaros Church with a glimpse into the past, featuring a Pioneer log cabin and a detailed replica of the Nidaros Church.

Tour 2: Visit our farm today and explore a state-of-the-art dairy operation. Our facility milks 2,400 cows thrice daily and accommodates 6,000 animals. We employ innovative methane digesters to transform cattle manure into renewable natural gas, exemplifying our commitment to sustainability. Witness the milking and calving process first-hand and see how we tenderly care for newborn calves in our barns.

2:00 pm – Ice Cream and Water Break: More opportunities to take advantage of the tours.

4:00 pm – Reception including beverages and Taco’s!
